When you heard the commercial from one of the contact lenses, they keep referring to high definition. Yet were we able to experience the truly high definition apart from all the hooha and marketing sales pitch?
Astro had this Astro B.yond Bloggers Night and showcasing their first high definition tv commercial and the Facebook game “Murder in the Details”. It is said that with B.yond, one could experience richer colours, picture-perfect clarity and cinematic surround sound. Along with this is the new and improved Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) designed for better viewer interface will be introduced. So at that event itself, we were not being showcased the EPG therefore no comment about this one.
What does Astro B.yond High Definition comes with?
1. High Definition and Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound on the current HD Channels – SuperSport HD (Ch 831), HBO HD (Ch 431), National Geographic HD (Ch 573) and History HD (Ch 575)
2. This month (January) will come along the ESPN HD (Ch 832)
If you don’t have surround system or a high definition LCD TV, you can just forget upgrading it.
