Bak Kut Teh
A little cravings is all we need. So said everyone that went to Klang to get their Bak Kut Teh fix. On the night before, I was busy playing Starcraft 2 till wee morning. CK left early as he was totally pissed off with the losing streak teaming up with Wingz. He asked if I wanted to join him finding his girlfriend. Very unlikely I would join right? I don’t see the point joining him that particular night though. Nonetheless, I continue playing the game with Wingz 2on2 till 10 to 4 in the morning.
I woke up late to 10 which ended up I have to drive despite I have scammed Jung Yee for the free ride. Jason couldn’t make it as he overslept. Aaron and Jung Yee been waiting at the Desa Park City since 10.20am. Gosh, am I that late. Hahaha.
Exiting Sg. Buloh and reaching Bukit Raja in no time, there behold the food lovers already awaiting to whack the pork meat. Meantime, we had this Taiwan Mountain Tea to cleanse the oil we consume from the Bak Kut Teh. It was sponsored by Yap Thomas.
The stall was located under the open lot so it was hot by the time the sun reached its peak. Unfortunately Shaun had to leave for rendang buka puasa, we headed to Pandamaran for fried chicken and yao yao ice. A localized ice blended with Bubur cha cha, red beans, pineapple and more. It has various variety to your delight. Although this place sell 6 types daily so they rotate per daily. You can mixed them together if you want.
According to Eric, he found out the place is famous not for fried chicken but it’s their ayam percik. Too bad after whacking those food, we are stuffed. We ordered couples of fried chicken wings, drumsticks and thigh. Also the 4 pieces of fried popiah. Yummy.
We supposed to head for Asam Laksa and Berkeley’s Pan Mee. Guess everyone too stuffed. Will save for next time coming over.
