Fixtures and fittings. Apart from the typical renovation, one cannot omit the need to own some exquisite and nice looking furniture. Compared to olden days where all the wardrobe has to be fitted to a tight space within the rooms, everyone is looking for some classy wardrobe. Better if it has the ‘Sex and The City’ kind of wardrobe.
Let’s be frank. Who doesn’t?
Why would we want to buy an expensive Tempur mattress when we, Malaysia is one of the rubber producer countries? Latex. That’s the keyword. I’ve been searching high and low for the good mattress. Of course those that does not compromise the quality and yet at the same time economical. Ermm.. Affordable would be the right term.
That day I went to one of the showroom in Puchong. Yes, it is much closer to Sierra. 
Let’s not sidetrack. Actually, I was spoiled by choice. There were numerous of brand and labels around. Some even come out with gazillion series that I can barely remember. I spoke to the salesman, asking what brand or series he would recommend.
The salesman has his point. We need to let him know to what we are comparing to. What is the budget and how much they can stretch the quality to accommodate your budget. I was asking him about the 12″ thick mattress and how does it come to comparison with local brand such as Getha, Sweetdream, King Koil, Goodnite, Slumberland and etc. He told me simple. Based on your budget, what you can get. The quality of the mattress. Thick doesn’t mean good when it doesn’t have the right composition of latex. Some is mixture of latex and pocketed spring etc.
Latex Mattress
Too many stuff to remember and too many different key technologies to set apart the quality of these mattresses. It doesn’t matter so it seems according to the salesman. He say that if he recommend an affordable type such as for example at the range of RM1500 and you said expensive. Then he can only offer those below RM499. There are even those imported selling at RM58,888.
Mind you, yes I tried that as well. It was said from Europe/Italy by the brand of ISAIAH MATTRESS in Puchong. Crazy.
After comparing all the price tags, I settled for something I can afford. It is considered a good brand giving it has both pocketed spring and latex. Now, I can sleep tight at night.
