Chicken Rice Ball – Melaka Hoe Kee
Leaving Kluang and going back to Kuala Lumpur, I was definitely passing by Ayer Keroh. Since I was on my way, I thought why not stopping by for a quick walk in Melaka Town.
I never good with Melaka streets. In the midst of getting to Jonker Walk, I ended up with Jonker Street which only God knows where I was then. It took me a while to get to the Jonker Walk. Yes. I was practically lost.
There were a few shops selling chicken rice balls and I choose this Hoe Kee to try out. It wasn’t my first time having a rice made into a sphere shape. I wasn’t that fancy it either because I tends to feel overwhelmed with its starchiness after a while.
The chicken was NICE!!!! Tender juicy meat. Yummy. Love it.
Not much of a complain except that they tend to getting us the bill despite I never asked for it. Guessed the business is so good that they need to clear the table as soon as possible. Furthermore they serve the plate as using Styrofoam. Uh huh…
It feels like being in Facebook’s Restaurant City. Eat, pay, leave.
