covering an opening
Congratulations!
Straight the day after my first wedding shooting, I was asked to do a photo shooting covering a shop opening. It was my friend’s father whom make the request. A request that I could not reject. Since that I helped to shoot him and his friends back then in the KL Marathon earlier this year, he was pleased with my work.
Here I realized when there is the lion dance and dragon dance, the pressure is on. Knowing that the place will not be brightly lighted, a little dimmer compared to outdoor shooting I need to rely on my flash. With the high ceiling, bouncing seems to be totally not viable but I happened to lost my diffuser and had to resort to my reflector. Well, I gotta leverage on what I have then.
It comes out pretty blur. Most of it as I couldn’t do burst shooting with my flash recharge cycle. Luckily there are quite a numbers that is presentable.
