My mentor recommended me this book. In fact, he gave this book to me.
Skeptical, I read this book. Although I might find this book it sort of self boasting himself, but I got to admit that he in fact turn the entire New York city around.
With the crime rate reducing, battling his cancer and dealing with the darkest moment of the NY: the tragedy of 911. I couldn’t agree more that his autobiography reveal a true leadership.
As he reflecting with full example of case studies, it is very useful for anyone who want to lead. What I found out from the book is that he always keep himself in the background leaving his men to shine. Indeed a true leader.
