Terry Felber is not any famous author like any kind we know. However, his point of view in the communication skill is pretty concise and clear. I really enjoyed the way he put things into perspective.
Nonetheless, I really like to give this book out as a gift. Just recently I shared with a colleague of mine whom tendered his resignation. Hopefully the book shall do him good in his future undertakings.
