Mayday Malaysia Unlimited – 5 Reasons Rock

Here we go. After 4 days, I still high from the concert. It was pretty good. I am high. It was a blast. I’ve been there a slightly earlier than my usual time and it was jam-packed with people. Like said, mountain people mountain sea.

Here’s the 5 reasons why Mayday rock your sock off in this DNA Malaysia Unlimited Tour

Reason 1: The stage was a blast!
The setup was so sexy that it gives the 4D effect. I was watching the MV-like opening when suddenly as the taxi drive over the water hydrant, the stage blow. The rock zone was blasted with sprays of water. Definitely cool and unexpected. Everyone went “Whoa”




Reason 2: The crowd are crazy!!
It seems that the crowds are crazy. The fans are crazier. They keep screaming encore and encore even after the closure. With the crew finally came out on stage to pack, the crowd still stay stationary. I was like, “hardcore fans” I even heard that there were a marriage proposal going on down there. Cool!




Reason 3: John Lennon’s Love and Peace!!!
Throughout the DNA concert, there’s this DNA of John Lennon. The photo of John Lennon, Gandhi and Einstein were displayed throughout the show. It was to remind us of the love and peace.




Reason 4: Endless sing-till-you-high!!!!
I couldn’t believe it. The concert lasted till 12 midnight. Almost. It was endless session. Non-stop performance from Mayday. I say they rock! Don’t they get tired?




Reason 5: Dream!!!!!
One thing I learned about that night was that they consistently producing songs with one theme – Dream. Since the beginning of the band in 1999, they sang songs about the dream. Chasing their dream. Pursuing dream and never give up. Even until today. So, we end the night with a song about crazy people and dream! Yeah~
