Menara Maybank Starbucks

Kudos for the Starbucks staff there.

Besides they do live up to their philosophies. When ordered the caffe latte which found out it was too milky, I went back to ask if they could make a new one. Less milky and more coffee in it.

To which they agree with no question asked. They make me a new one and it make my day. Tomorrow will be going to Menara Maybank again for another meeting but the Starbucks start at 8.30. Hope I can get my daily share of caffeine there tomorrow. =)

which reminds me of the basic stuff they taught their staff. Even Michael Gates Gill is promoting it as well in his book “How Starbucks Saved My Life“
