Rules

When everyone is enjoying the show CSI, I personally think NCIS has much to offer. In the show, Gibbs first wife Shannon taught him that everyone ought to have a code of conduct for life. With the Gibbs’ rules that existed in the show, I don’t see why can I put it into practice in my life as well.

Hence there are some of the rules that I might copied from the show. Some, I gained through my life experience.

Rule #1: Trust your gut feeling. Intuition is your key to decision making.
Rule #2: Never be predictable.
Rule #3: Never mess with my coffee.
Rule #4: There is no such thing as coincidence.
Rule #5: The best way to keep a secret? Keep it to yourself. Second best? Tell one other person – if you must. There is no third best.
Rule #6: Always be specific when you lie.
Rule #7: Don’t believe what you’re told. Double check.
Rule #8: Never took anything for granted. Not even free stuff.
Rule #9: Never apologize. It’s a sign of weakness.
Rule #10: When objective has been achieved, walk away.
Rule #11: Clean up the mess that you make.
Rule #12: It’s better to seek forgiveness than ask permission.
Rule #13: Never, ever involve a lawyer. In any way.
Rule #14: If it seems someone is out to get you, they are.
Rule #15: Never be unreachable.
Rule #16: Indecisive sign of weakness. Leader make decision.
