The Electrolux Malaysia
A lot of them told me it’s a good brand. Electrolux itself indeed is. But of course there are always a better one out there. Somehow, I decided to buy an Electrolux front load washer after some research comparing with top load washing machine. It will be in my subsequent post. Right now, I just wanted to voice out my dissatisfaction as a consumer.
Prior to this washing machine, I have another Electrolux but it isn’t the washing machine. Instead it is a vacuum cleaner which I purchased from Carrefour on 22/8/2010 with Kenny Ng. The thing went dead after few months of usage. I send it to claim warranty at the Electrolux appointed authorized service workshop – AB First Trading in Shah Alam area.
I’ve tried to called the Care Line but to no avail. No one seems to pick up the call. That’s the first thing. Secondly, till date they haven’t able to revert on the timeline to get it fixed. I am very pissed off with the services provided by the appointed “authorized” service workshop!
Somehow it just put me in a tough decision on whether to get the washing machine or not. In the end, I still buying the Electrolux front load washing machine from a dealer that comes with extended warranty. I was assured that the dealer will provide the first level support. At least I don’t need to deal with those people behind the Care Line whom acted like a brick wall. Just to brush away the consumers.
