The Selfish Decision
I was told that I am EFGNBTD which can be meaning one thing…”Eat Full Got Nothing Better To Do”. I couldn’t sleep. So I decided to stalk on my friends in Facebook. As I scroll along the notes, I stumble the final few pages and somehow I saw Eric‘s post.
It was about a man torn between making decision about himself and others. The decision making was the toughest process of all. Sometimes it can affect everyone or pleases everyone. Though I often believe that the decision that one makes was the best decision at that moment. Whether it is a selfish choice or not, I believe it has to be choice one could been making.
It reminds me of a friend of mine. He was around the housing area when he found a wallet. Looking through the wallet, there are few notes of RM50 denominations with the person identification cards and what not. He called me up just because he believe that for everything else he need to check with others. So throughout the conversation, I told him that this is the junction where to test your righteousness or your selfishness. He told me that with that money he could buy some stuff. If he return it, he gets nothing.
I told him that I cannot make decision for him. My best advise was to return it rightfully to the owner and not to take the money.
