TMPoint Sunway Damansara
It was inevitable that I have to drop by to the TM Point. I rather not going there because it was a totally horrible place. Like seriously, for the past 5 years when I was working with Diversified Gateway Berhad located in Pandan Indah where this TM Point Taman Indah is under the same building. Every day, I could see huge crowd inside the outlet itself.
As usual, today I got myself the opportunity to drop by TM Point Sunway Damansara after the total fiasco from the system in order to book a phone number a week ago by my colleague. It wasn’t intentionally because I have been calling the Unifi 1300-88-1222 which keeps me waiting for hours and hours. There was even once the line got disconnected after they put me on hold. Which to my dismay they doesn’t have the courtesy to even return my call.
On the first day, I spoke to Ima and I got the order number. As for the status of installation, she told me that there will be someone contacting me as the status still pending. I asked her, pending? Pending from what? Fine. Since it was me who do the follow up, I shall let her go for the first time. The next day, I called the same Unifi number which keeps me on the hold for hours as usual. This time, I was greeted with much better customer service officer. Her name is Aino if I am not mistaken. Nonetheless, she was able to advise me on the status of my Unifi application. It turns out that I still pending the phone number and the installation date. She told me I should go to TM Point Sunway Damansara to seek a prompt response.
I ended up taking the Unifi number, 3024 which the number isn’t running. I was told that each counter cater for each services. Forgotten to take the photo of the Queue Managament System which reflect the rigidness of the TM Point customer service in Sunway Damansara.
After one hour plus, I manage to talk to the frontdesk to help me since the number I took wasn’t even run. =( seems like the officer in charge of Unifi wasn’t around. Sadly but yes. Thanks to her, I managed to get the phone number. I told her I don’t need the special number. Just give me a damned number would do. After obtaining the number, I manage to book an installation date which is on 29th April. I spoke to Umu, and she said that she would contact me after 5.30 when the shop is close. So she can help me to confirm the installers. Wow. That’s nice of her. Seriously. While the rest of the staff just ‘chill’ and ‘lepak’ at their own counter.
TM should appreciate these staff who go all the way out to help the customer. =) I’ll be writing in a letter to comment on her helpful act while rant about the rest of the staff from TM Point Sunway Damansara.
PS. While searching for the fax or email to write in for the recommendation letter, I stumble upon that TM have special form for sexual harassment submission. Question, do them engage a lot 3rd Party Contractors who are not ethical? Harassing the customers? The bright side is that they took it seriously.
