Watching the Inception

The last film together – ended up in limbo. A state of dream we shall never able to escape from.

It held me back from putting up the post. It was a yet-another-like-Matrix movie. Deep movie I shall say. How deep? Why isn’t it just few level deeper? Or was it? There are so many questions left unanswered.

First of all, I never like Leonardo DiCaprio. However, I do have to admit that he do have the quality to play various roles after watching his films. In this film, he played the role of Dom Cobb, the Extractor, a professional thief who specializes in conning secrets from his victims by infiltrating their dreams. A hero is not complete without his dark side. His weakness. His archenemies. In this case, Cobb feared his wife. The one that turned the entire story all around. To be saved or not lies ahead with his inner self.

Inception

“You mustn’t be afraid to dream a little bigger.”

The difference when we started to blog about the movie after watching it straight or delayed it after few months is just too much. I forgotten most of the scenes, the lines and the images from the movie Inception. All I can recall is that it was mind fucking. The movie was fucking my mind. Even now when I trying to recall it, I can remember is how deep we can go? Inside the dream.

My question is, was it a dream from the beginning or it was ended with a loop? It is easily to resonate with the song “the beginning is the end is the beginning”

My ratings? 8.2/10 because this Leonardo managed to pull it well.
